Title: Inventory Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

  • Completing converting orders in the system.
  • Updating inventory in the system.
  • Matching delivery slips with order slips after shipping to ensure stock has been taken out of inventory in the system.
  • Any stock over what the customer ordered needs to be verified and put back into inventory.
  • Verifying cycle counts from the plant each night and research any discrepancies.
  • Complete credit for any inventory that has been returned by customers in the system and sending paperwork to Mt. Laurel, NJ Location.
  • Receive all product from production into inventory and check for any rejections.
  • Research all discrepancies found within inventory and fixed in system.

Requirements:

  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must have at least 2 years of general office experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have good computer skills that include Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with Lotus Notes is helpful.
