  • Request Samples: We know some jobs require a specific characteristic of paper such as media brightness or media color, finish, weight, thickness or grain and sometimes the products need additional review. As a member, our sales team is happy to discuss your paper needs and provide samples and solutions.
  • Place Paper on Hold for 24 hours: We understand that as a dynamic business, your paper needs always changing. Whether you are waiting for confirmation or payment we are happy to hold your order to ensure you have the time to make an informed purchasing decision.
  • View your order status and order history: Our customer always comes first. For us that means giving registered customers the tools to review their professional relationship with us and accurate status updates of their incoming order. Our sales team will be with you every step of the way until the paper is in your hands.
