What makes Roosevelt Paper unique?
Why do printers, publishers and packaging companies seek our expertise?
What is it that has made us the nation’s premier generic paper resource for more than 87 years?
We put it down to a single word: commitment.
At Roosevelt, we’re dedicated to saving you money on paper. We know that choosing generic grade paper can save customers 10 to 15 percent from the start.
But that paper should only come from an environmentally conscious company that can guarantee the paper’s quality.
We’re ready to work with you on factors such as the basis weight, brightness and finish of your paper to make sure you aren’t paying for paper you don’t need while still getting you the quality paper you deserve.
Finally, we recognize that you may need time to consider a new or alternate supplier, which is why we’re happy to offer trial rolls and skids to prospective clients. Click here to learn more >
There’s our commitment to quality, as evidenced by our quality assurance tracking program. We employ an extensive quality assurance checklist for every paper order we receive to make sure all critical aspects of your project meet our standards.
Rolls of paper to be converted to fill your orders are processed quickly by our high-speed precision sheeters and slitter-rewinders.
Our team will check basis weight, finish, size, shade, mechanical quality and quantity accuracy, and our production employees know to pull any job that fails to meet our standards.
We are committed to making sure we’re working with machinery that offers top-of-the-line converting capabilities. That’s why one of our most recent key investments includes the Marquip Falcon sheeter we installed in our Mount Laurel, NJ plant in late summer of 2021.
It’s our widest sheeter to date, measuring 98 inches, and boosting our converting capabilities by giving us eight total sheeters: four in Mount Laurel, NJ, three at our plant in Kentucky and another at our Alsip, IL facility.
Our Mount Laurel location is also home to a new Catbridge slitter/rewinder, a 100-inch wide workhorse that comes with a 72-inch finished roll diameter and is capable of 6,000 fpm. This machine can handle a broad range of material types, widths and tension range capabilities, making it fast, versatile and another example of our advanced converting capabilities.
Our three locations – comprising roughly 1 million square feet of inventory space – give us easy access to three major cities: Philadelphia (Mount Laurel), Cincinnati (Kentucky) and Chicago (Alsip).
No matter your location, our team is able to provide speedy and reliable service, industry expertise and next day delivery on rolls, sheets and specialty sizes at pricing that gives our customers a competitive edge and has kept them coming back for generations.
Visitors, who are always welcomed at Roosevelt's plants, are immediately struck by the sophistication of the equipment and by the widespread use of the newest technologies.
We invest in state-of-the art Sheeters, Rewinders, Guillotines, and Wrap equipment, because it saves our customers time and money, while providing flexibility and customization.
