Kathy started at Roosevelt Paper in the Human Resource Department and has been the HR Manager since 2004. Her responsibilities include recruiting, designing & implementing HR policies and procedures, overseeing payroll, benefits, training, employee relations, safety, compensation, workman’s compensation, HRIS, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, OSHA, compliance regulations , etc. for our three divisions.
